The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff’s Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:
At Pahrump:
* Robert Baese, 36, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 18 charged with domestic battery with strangulation. Bail was set at $5,000.
* Steven Bachus, 46, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 18 on charges of trafficking controlled substance and conspiracy to violate the Uniform Controlled Substance Act. Bail was set at $15,000. He was released Aug. 23 on his own recognizance after a court date was set and an agreement to appear was signed.
* Ross Wescoatt, 34, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 19 on three Pahrump Justice Court warrants for assault with a deadly weapon, domestic battery and possession of stolen property. Bail was set at $10,000.
* Tara Taylor, 33, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 19 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for grand larceny and burglary. Bail was set at $10,000.
* Edna Gilbert, 37, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 19 charged with DUI-alcohol or drugs, possession of marijuana and open container. Bail was set at $5,551 and she was released on her own recognizance after a court date was set and a promise to appear was signed.
* Benjamin Avalos, 52, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 20 on three Pahrump Justice Court warrants for failure to appear on traffic charges. Bail was set at $3,853.
* Isaac Brickhouse, 60, of Redondo Beach. Calif., was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 21 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for failure to pay. Bail was set at $5,000.
* Judith Golden, 43, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 21 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000. She was released Aug. 23 on her own recognizance after a court date was set and an agreement to appear was signed.
* Antonio Salas, 28, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 22 charged with domestic battery and resisting arrest. Bail was set at $3,637. There was a 12-hour hold. He was released Aug. 24 on his own recognizance after a court date was set and a promise to appear was signed.
* Everado Hernendez-Hernandez, 26, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 22 on a domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000.
* Chelsea Hart, 33, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 23 charged with child neglect. Bail was set at $5,000. She was released Aug. 23 she was released on her own recognizance after a court date was set and a promise to appear was signed.
* Michael Anderson, 38, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 23 sentenced to boot camp. No bail.
* Cameron Jones, 25, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 23 for a failure to appear warrant for possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription. Bail was set at $10,000.
* Bryan Bradley, 52, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 23 on a domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000.
* Julio Villavicencio, 33, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 23 on three counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, three counts of sale of a controlled substance, conspiracy to violate the Uniform Controlled Substance Act and obstruction. Bail was set at $83,137.
* Tyrone Grant, 51, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 24 on an Inyo County warrant. Bail was set at $50,000.
