Sheriff's Report

The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

* Alexander Cook, 22, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 19 charged with DUI-Drugs, possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription, possession of a dangerous weapon, carry concealed weapon, open container and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,828. He was released Nov. 20 on his own recognizance per Judge Brisebill after a court date was set.

* Charlotte Weinberg, 44, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 19 charged with filing a false report and under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,632 and she was released after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Andrew Villa, 49, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 20 on a domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000. He was released Nov. 20 on his own recognizance per Judge Brisebill after a court date was set.

* Antoinette Albini, 30, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 20 on charges of conspiracy to commit a crime, grand larceny auto and possession of a stolen vehicle. Bail was set at $20,000 and there were also three Lyon County warrants. Bail for them was set at $2,690.

* Robin Robins, 50, of Bakersfield, Calif., was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 20 on charges of conspiracy to commit a crime, grand larceny, possession of a stolen vehicle and felony eluding fail to stop. Bail was set at $20,000.

* Joshua Dalke, 31, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 20 on charges of conspiracy to commit a crime, grand larceny, possession of a stolen vehicle and felony eluding fail to stop. Bail was set at $25,000.

* Richard McFadden, 21, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 20 charged with domestic violence and probation and parole violation. Bail for the domestic violence was set at $3,000 and no bail was set for the P and P violation.

* Steven Frazier of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 22 charged with burglary. Bail was set at $5,000. He was released Nov. 24 on his own recognizance per Judge Brisebill after a court date was set and a promise to appear signed.

* Kenneth Lough, 35, of Woodland, Wash., was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 24 charged with Pahrump Justice Court warrants of arrest for aggravated stalking, dispensing hoax substance, threats, terrorism and use of explosives. Bail was set at $100,00.

* Andrew Middleton, 24, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 24 on charges of domestic battery and battery. Bail was set at $3,632.

* Ernest Ruis, 39, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 24 on charges of alter VIN, eluding, possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia and six traffic offenses. Bail was set at $16,969.

* Jack Hoffer, 26, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 25 on charges of burglary, grand larceny, and grand larceny of a firearm. Bail was set at $15,000.

At Beatty

* Frank Core was booked into Beatty jail Nov. 23 on a Las Vegas Justice Court warrant for two counts of failure to appear for felony possession of stolen property, felony burglary auto and felony domestic battery with a deadly weapon. Bail was set at $24,000.
