Pahrump Senior Center The menu (subject to change) and activities for the week of Dec. 1 to Dec. 5: Menu -- soup and salad bar, 2 percent milk and juice available daily: Monday -- baked meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans, applesauce; Tuesday -- smothered chicken, seasoned rice, mixed veggies, vanilla pudding; Wednesday -- Spanish omelette, southwestern potatoes, sausage links, apple crisp; Thursday -- spaghetti with meatballs, garlic bread, Italian green beans, white cake; Friday -- franks and beans, corn, fruit cup.
